Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) – There should be no discomfort due to heat for Shri Ramlalla at the Shriram Mandir, so a cooler has been installed in the sanctum. Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of the Shriram Janmabhoomi, said that arrangements have been made for the cooler in the sanctum. Air-conditioning will also be installed soon. Shri Ramlalla’s discomfort due to heat should not happen, so his offering has also been changed. Curd and kheer made from milk are offered. Seasonal fruits are also being served. Shri Ramlalla is being dressed in hand-woven clothes.

Acharya Satyendra Das said that the Kalash will be installed on the silver pitha on the day of the Hindu New Year. After this, Shri Ramlalla will be worshipped along with Shri Durgadevi for nine days. Matru Shakti will be worshipped during Chaitra Navratri according to the prescribed method of worship. Durga Saptashati will be recited daily for nine days. On Ramnavami Tithi, 56 types of food will be offered to Shri Ramlalla and prasad will be distributed to all the devotees. Prasad will also be distributed on Dashami Tithi.
