Police Officer killed in an encounter with gangsters in Kathua (Jammu and Kashmir)

Kathua (Jammu-Kashmir) – 2 Police Officers were injured in an encounter with a gangster, Vasudev, near the Government Medical College Hospital here. Among them, a Sub-inspector named Deepak Sharma died while undergoing treatment. The goon was killed in the encounter. State Deputy Governor Manoj Sinha paid tribute to Sub Inspector of Police Deepak Sharma. “Every drop of blood of our martyrs will be avenged and we are committed to create a fear-free Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
