New Delhi – A heinous incident of rape of a 4-year-old girl by a 34-year-old perverted Muslim occurred in Pandav Nagar. This incident caused major public unrest, leading to people taking to the streets and vandalising vehicles. Consequently, the Police were called to the scene. The accused Muslim has been arrested. The victim, currently in the hospital, is in a stable condition. The incident took place when the victim girl was on her way to a tutoring class.
