Congress leader’s anti-national remarks : ‘Pakistan is an enemy country for BJP, not for us’

Congress leader BK Hariprasad

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Karnataka Congress leader Naseer Hussain won the Rajya Sabha elections from Karnataka. The BJP has accused that while celebrating this victory, the Congress workers shouted slogans of ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ in the assembly. BK Hariprasad, a Congress leader, responded by saying, “According to them (BJP), Pakistan is an enemy country. For us, Pakistan is not an enemy country; it’s our neighbouring country.”

Karnataka BJP has criticised the Congress for this statement. “Pakistan fought 4 wars against India. Hariprasad has expressed clearly in the assembly what is their opinion about Pakistan. From his statement, it can be seen that the current Congress has cherished the friendship between Nehru and Muhammad Ali Jinnah”, said the BJP.

Editorial Perspective

It is shameful that such anti-national party governed India for the longest period. It is necessary that the nationalists pull up their socks and work towards annihilating this party’s political presence !
