New Delhi – Former Deputy Prime Minister and Senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani has been conferred the highest civilian honour ‘Bharat Ratna’, infomred Prime Minister Narendra Modi through X. In 2015, Advani was conferred the second highest civilian honour ‘Padma Vibhushan’.
