President’s Office ‘The White House’ clarifies in Court

Washington DC (USA) – ‘American businessman Elon Musk is only an advisor to President Donald Trump. He is not an employee of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and therefore does not have the authority to make decisions in the Government’, the Office of the President ‘The White House’ clarified in Court. 14 US states, led by New Mexico, have filed a lawsuit against Trump and Musk in the Federal Court in District of Columbia.
These states are upset with Musk’s appointment as the head of DOGE. According to these states, Musk has gained immense power, which is a violation of the US Constitution. The unlimited powers given to Musk by President Trump to remove Government employees and disband an entire department at once would have been deeply shocking to the people who gained independence for this country.
