Two arrested
Kolar (Karnataka) – The posters were put up in connection with the Shriram Temple inauguration in Ayodhya and also as part of the Makar Sankranti festival. Zaheer tore these posters put up in the Jahangir Mohalla and Gungunte Palya villages around 10.45 p.m. This incident took place at Guniganti Palya of Mulbagal village. In this case, the Police arrested two people and registered a case against them. Police said they identified the accused, Zaheer Khan, after examining CCTV footage from two villages near Mulbagal town where tension prevailed after the posters were torn.
