Cash counting took 5 days

Ranchi (Jharkhand) – IT Department raid, going on for 5 days, on the premises of Congress Rajya Sabha MP, has come to an end now. Cash worth 354 crore has been found and it took 5 days to count the cash. It is the largest cash haul in a single operation.

IT Department filled up 176 bags with these currency notes and took them to ‘State Bank of India’ branches in Balangir, Sambalpur and Titlagarh. The counting took 25 machines and 24 hours’ work for 5 days by 50 bank employees. Investigation is on to find the source of this cash.
