Bhopal, MP – Head of the Bageshwar Dham, Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri had received a death threat. An E-mail was sent in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and a ransom of Rs 10 lakh was demanded from Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. A man from Patna, Bihar has been arrested in this case by Bamitha Police in Chhatarpur District.
The Police reported that an E-mail threatening to kill Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri was received in October. The email read, ‘If you want to save your life, give us Rs 10 lakh within a day’. A similar threat was also received by him 10 months earlier.
