Madrid (Spain) – Spanish Police have arrested 14 Pakistanis. The arrests were made as the country is on terror alert following Hamas’ attack on Israel. These 14 jihadis were involved in jihadi activities. These 14 Pakistani jihadists are linked to Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) an Islamic extremist political party in Pakistan. They lived in Catalonia, Valencia, Logrono. and Vitoria. The were circulating jihadi literature to propagate jihadi ideology and conversion to Islam.
Nearly 1 lakh Pakistanis live in Spain. 50% of them live in Catalonia. They went to Spain in search of jobs. Most of them are illegal migrants.
