Prime Minister Modi’s statement about India-Bangladesh relations

New Delhi – We are working for the success of India and Bangladesh. Our relations are constantly reaching heights. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the work we have done together in the last 9 years has not been done in the past several decades. PM Modi and the PM of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina inaugurated three projects in both countries on 1st November. They include the inauguration of a railway connecting Akhaura and Agartala, Mongla Port in Bangladesh and ‘Maitri Thermal Power Plant’. Modi was addressing the gathering then.
At that time, Sheikh Hasina said that the inaugurations depicted good friendship and cooperation. It could happen due to the leadership of PM Modi.
