Tel Aviv (Israel) – Following the 7th October attack by Hamas on Israel, the Israeli Army is gearing up to destroy Gaza. On the other hand, in the last 20 days, as many as 1.5 million Israeli citizens have applied for a Gun License for self-defense. Last year, only 47 people applied for a license during the same period. Therefore, the demand has increased by three and a half thousand times in the last 20 days. A video has been broadcast by the international news agency ‘Reuters’ in this regard.

Obtaining a gun permit in Israel takes months; but looking at the huge demand from the citizens, the Government is taking the decisions on the applications within a few days. According to gun instructor Jim Semesh the demand for gun training is also increased hugely.
