
Baroda (Gujarat) – Sanatan Sanstha’s seeker Mr Shripad Harshe (Age 89) from Baroda has numerous virtues such as performing each Satseva (Servine unto the Absolute Truth) conscientiously, Priti (Spiritual love devoid of expectations) and remains in a state of constant communion with God. He became Sanatan Sanstha’s 127th Saint on 11th October.
In an atmosphere filled with Chaitanya (Divine consciousness) at Sanatan’s seeker Mrs Anshu Sant’s Baroda residence, Sadguru Anuradha Wadekar (Sanatan’s Dharmapracharak) conveyed this joyous news during an informal conversation with Mr Shripad Harshe and Mrs Sheela Harshe. Sadguru Anuradha Wadekar felicitated Him. Sanatan’s Saint H.H. (Mrs) Sangeeta Jadhav too was present on the occasion along with H.H. Shripad Harshe’s family members. Upon receiving this joyous news, the entire family in attendance was filled with immense joy and happiness.
![]() Dr Shripad Narhar Harshe (Age 89) from Karnavati (Gujarat) lived in England after his post-graduation (M.Sc., Ph.D.). After returning to India, he took up a job and then started business. He received the ‘President’s Award’ in 1977 for his research work. Right from his early days, he would worship God, recite hymns and have darshan of God regularly. In his youth, he met Saints such as Shri Gajanan Maharaj (of Akkalkot), H.H. Nana Maharaj Taranekar. Since February 1997, he has been performing spiritual practice under the guidance of Sanatan Sanstha. At 89, he chants for the benefit of society and performs satseva of finding the required chant for seekers who are suffering from spiritual distress. To perform this satseva, he has studied Sanatan’s Text ‘Spiritual remedies on ailments caused by obstructions in the Pranashakti flow system’ and on other spiritual remedies. Dr Shripad Harshe has set the ideal of spiritual progress by performing spiritual practice while leading a familial life; he is making rapid spiritual progress. In 2014, he reached the spiritual level of 61%. In July 2023, his spiritual level was 67%. His spiritual level increased by 4% in just 3 months due to many qualities such as yearning for satseva, perseverance, faith in God, and so on. On this auspicious day (11.10.2023), he has reached the spiritual level of 71% and has become Sanatan’s 127th Vyashti Saint.
