Attempt by Maulavi to convert Hindu students at the MSG College at Malegaon

Malegaon (Dist. Nasik) – On the 11th of June, the ‘Satya Malik Lokseva Group’ organised a programme called ‘Mashid milan good career’ at the Maharaja Sayajirao Gaikwad College at Malegaon. The Hindu students from the National Cadet Corp were forced to attend the one-day programme. They were told that they would be given training in NCC, but this was a lie, Islamic priests and Maulavi gave information about the Quran. The Pro-Hindu Organisations opposed this programme and demanded an investigation into the matter, saying, ‘There is an attempt to convert the Hindu Students. It is a planned conspiracy to target the Hindus for conversion and ‘Love Jihad’. They have achieved a conversion for 1 day by teaching them Islamic method of worship.’


 40 Maulavi have come from Uttar Pradesh  

It is said that a large contingent of about 40 Islamic Imams and Maulavis has come from Uttar Pradesh for speaking at this programme. Hindu students were forcefully coerced to attend the programme, though the College was closed for summer vacations.

Some Hindu students left from the programme as soon as they saw the evanglisation of Islam

Anees Kutty of Pune promoted Islam under the pretext of giving military training to students of the 10th and 12th. Because of this, some students opposing this left the premises. While some students were coerced to sit through the programme.

Hindu Organisations opposed the programme alleging that under the guise of a programme of Career Counselling, promotion of Islam and conversion was being carried out in the college. Hindus raised slogans objecting to the religious messages posters and placards that were put up in the College. Principal Dr Nikam and the organisors said that this is just a ‘Counselling and Guidance programme’. The Demonstrating Hindus tore the posters. The Police threw out the Hindus from the premises. Thereafter, all the Hindus gathered near the City’s Chavani Police Station.

Devout Hindus meeting with Guardian Minister Dada Bhuse  

The Hindu organisations met and discussed the issue with Nasik’s Guardian Minister Dadaji Bhuse. They informed Bhuse about the Conversion and Propagation of Islam carried out under the guise of the Programmes.

If that is true, then why was information of Islam given at the programme ? 

‘Satya Malik Lokseva Group’ is organisation that does social work. It made a yoemans service during the Corona epidemic. The seminar was organised with the sole aim that the students get a chance of joining the armed Forces. There was no intention of propagation of Islam in the seminar, said Aijaz Ahmad, President of ‘Satya Malik Lokseva Group’.

Attempt to promote the Islam religion through the speeches was made. Some Hindu lady students left the seminar. But some Hindu girl students were made to continue to sit through the programme. This is an attempt to create a religious divide in the State.

In Malegaon through the annual programme of project ‘Masjid Milan’ school children are brainwashed

In Malegaon for the past few years an annual programme of ‘Masjid Milan’ is happening regularly. In this project Hindu school children are taken to visit the Masjid and given a basic introduction to Islam and taught how to offer prayers in the masjid. Through this programme secular agencies and Maulavis are conspiring to brainwash the Hindu school children and create doubts about Hindu religion in their mind. The current incident has highlighted this fact all over again. (How many Muslim youth come to the temples to learn about Hindu religion ? – Editor)
