Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s ‘Brahmotsav’ concluded with a Chandi Yaga, performed at Sanatan’s Ashram, Ramnathi, Ponda, Goa on the instructions of Saptarshis

Arrangement for puja at the Yaga

Ramnathi (Ponda), Goa – The ‘Brahmotsav’ Celebrations of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale concluded with a Chandi Yaga performed on 14th and 15th May 2023 at Sanatan’s Ashram, Ramnathi, Ponda, Goa. The Celebrations had started with the Divine ‘Brahmotsav’ held at Farmagudi, Ponda, Goa on 11th May.

Oblations in the Yaga

Oblations of payas (Rice cooked in milk, along with 10 ingredients such as raktachandan [Red sandalwood], flowers of palas [Flame of the forest] etc.) was offered in the Yaga. Along with these, oblations of betel leaf, betel nut and banana, as well as ash gourd, bel (Aegle marmelos) fruit, etc. were offered at regular intervals.

A glimpse of the Chandi Yaga

As per the instructions of Saptarshis, Chandi Yaga was performed to eliminate the obstacles in establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Oblations were offered during the Yaga amidst the recitation of the Saptashati. Mr Amar Joshi, Mr Siddhesh Karandikar and Mr Ishan Joshi served as the priests during the Yaga. Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s Spiritual Heirs – Shrisatshakti (Mrs) Binda Nilesh Singbal and Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Mukul Gadgil – were also present.

Arrangements of the worship

Brahmadi Mandal Deities, Varun Kalash and Shriyantra made of crystals were arranged for the worship.
