Allegations of BJP’s Bengal State president by sharing tribal women’s punishment video
(Dandavat Pradakshina means moving forward by rolling over small distances)

Kolkata – Bengal State president Sukanta Majumdar has alleged that the ruling Trinamool Congress party in Bengal is oppressing tribal women. Some tribal women had joined the BJP. Hence, the Trinamool Congress activists punished them with performing ‘Dandavat Pradakshina’. They were then forced to rejoin Trinamool Congress.

Mujumdar has shared a video of the victim women doing ‘Dandavat.’ He said, ‘Trinamool Congress has insulted the tribal community. I appeal to all people of tribal communities across the nation to oppose Trinamool Congress. A few days ago, Martina Kisku, Shiuli Mardi, Thakran Soren and Malati Murmi from Tapan Gofanagar joined BJP. Three of them were then forced to do a ‘Dandavat Pradakshina’ by Trinamool Congress goons.”
