Srinagar (J&K) – Security forces killed two terrorists in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag. Late on the night of 9th October, the security forces received information that terrorists were hiding in the Tangpawa area of Anantnag. After that a cordon and search operation was launched in the area when suddenly the terrorists opened fire on the soldiers. Two terrorists were killed in an encounter on the morning of 10th October.

Just last week, 4 terrorists were killed in 2 separate encounters in the Shopian District of Jammu and Kashmir in a joint operation by the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
