The hardline jihadi leaders in Pakistan who are running this campaign never appear publicly. They issue instructions to their operatives in India through social media platforms such as Telegram, Snapchat and Discord. Secret groups have been created for this purpose.
The main objectiveThe police and intelligence agencies found three secret audio clips received from Pakistan on Moin Khan’s mobile phone. of this conspiracy is to forcibly convert Hindu women in India and to provoke blasphemy (insult to revered religious figures or objects of worship). Through this, an attempt is being made to sow the seeds of hatred towards Hindu Dharma among Hindus in India.
In one of the audio clips, the Pakistani handler is heard instructing a Muslim youth named Wakas in India to mobilise the Muslim youth in his college and hold secret meetings with them. To radicalise these young men, religious matters are first shown and explained to them. They are then informed about the secret group and are gradually and systematically trained for the tasks ahead.
Under this conspiracy, married Hindu women and minor Hindu girls are primarily targeted. One message posted in a secret group states, “Lure any Hindu girl or woman into a romantic relationship, impregnate her before Nikah and take custody of the child after nine months. By the time the child is born, that Hindu woman will have become a Muslim.”
According to information received from the police, the accused, Manish Sharma, was originally a Hindu and later converted to Islam, after which he changed his name to Moin Khan. (This proves that converts are often more radical. – Editor) He is a resident of Vigyan Nagar in Kota. Moin Khan had allegedly been in contact with Pakistani organisations for several years.
Based on a complaint lodged by Bajrang Dal worker Yogesh Renwal, a case was registered against Manish Sharma alias Moin Khan on 15 June 2026 at the Vijaynagar and Udyognagar Police Stations in Kota. Moin Khan has been arrested and sent to jail.
BJP Minister Madan Dilawar has assured strict action against those found guilty in this case.
