Sale of extremely obscene picture of Shrikrushna from ‘Amazon’ website

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Highly obscene pictures of Shrikrushna were being sold by the Hindu-hating website ‘Amazon’ under the name ‘Ecology Hindu Gods Fine Art’, hurting the religious sentiments of crores of Hindus. A representation was made at Subrahmanyanagar Police station in the city on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti demanding legal action against the website. After this, Amazon removed the image from the sale.

In its demand, the Samiti had said that the sale of highly obscene pictures of Shrikrushna by Amazon, when crores of Hindus are celebrating Shrikrushna Janmashtami with great enthusiasm, is an unforgivable offence. It is a serious offense under Indian Penal Code 295, 295A and 298.

Amazon had already committed such crimes of hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti is demanding that legal action should be taken against the Amazon establishment, which repeatedly hurts in this way, the religious sentiments of Hindus. On the occasion, Mr Naveen Gowda, Mr Nileshwar, and devout Hindu leaders Mr Purushottam, and Subhash were also present.
