Chennai – Madras High Court ordered the District Collector of Salem to clear the encroachments on the land owned by Sri Venugopala Krishnaswamy Temple. A petition was filed against encroachment on the land of A. Radha Krishna Temple.

The Court ordered as mentioned during the hearing. Also, the District Collectors were ordered to submit a report upon surveying the land in 2 months.
