Man arrested for smoking when in a costume of Deity Shiva

Guwahati  (Assam) – A video of a man smoking when wearing a costume of Deity Shiva was made viral and later the accused was arrested in the town of Nagaon in Assam.

Two others involved in this incident are missing and Police are on the lookout.
