Roorkee (Haridwar) – A woman and her 6-year-old daughter were gang-raped in a moving car in Haridwar. The accused named Sonu asked the two to get into his car under the pretext of offering a lift. The friends of the accused were also seated in the car. They raped them both, the woman and her daughter. The accused then fled after dumping the victim and her daughter on the road. The victim has lodged a complaint with the Police and the Police are searching for the accused.

The victim was on her way home from Piran Kaliyar, a Muslim religious site, at night along with her daughter.
