
Guwahati (Assam) – Some unknown anti-social elements vandalised two Hindu temples, removed the Shivling and threw it near the drainage in Guwahati, Assam. On the night of 24th May, some people entered the temple and threw away the frame of Deity Shiva and the Shivling. At another temple, they tried to remove the Idol of Shri Ganesh; however, as this was not possible, they damaged an Idol, which was outside. Police are searching for the accused.
