New Delhi – I was provoking the youths in Kashmir from the orders of Pakistan. For this purpose as well as for other anti-national activities, I was creating a system to raise funds from foreign countries, confessed the Jihadi terrorist Yasin Mallik in the NIA Court in Delhi during the hearing. He will be sentenced on 19^th May. He has been charged under UAPA Sections 16 (terrorist act), 17 (raising funds for the terrorist act), 18 (conspiracy to commit terrorist act), and 20 (being a member of a terrorist gang or organisation) and Sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 124-A (sedition) of IPC.

There are serious allegations against Yasin Mallik from provoking the youths to murdering the Air force officers, meeting the head of ‘Lashkar E Taiba’ Hafiz Saeed, and abducting the daughter of the then PM Mohammad Saeed. In 2019, Yasin Mallik was with Hafiz Saeed for the hunger strike. Even after Mohammad Afzal was executed, Yasin Mallik staged protests.

Now, at least after getting a bunch of proof against Pakistan, the Government should learn a lesson and take strict steps !
