Why do the Saints in society feel close to Sanatan Sanstha ?

Paratpar Guru (Dr) Jayant Athavale (Founder of Sanatan Sanstha) is the great personage who is active day and night talking about the need to establish the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ so as to reinstate Dharma for the welfare of entire human race and from the spiritual perspective. Saints are the real support and protectors of Dharma. The support of all Saints is necessary to reinstate Dharma and establish the ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Realising this, Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale started uniting Saints for this mission from 1996 itself.

Due to the virtues in Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale such as bhav (Spiritual emotion) towards Saints, a learning attitude, humility, Prembhav (Love for everyone), He became close to many Saints and these Saints got associated with the mission of Sanatan Sanstha. Later, under the guidance of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale, many Saints and seekers of Sanatan who were working to serve the Nation & Dharma were moulded. Due to the grace and teachings of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale, His virtues have been inculcated in Sanatan’s Saints and seekers too. Due to these virtues, they are now developing close relationship with the Saints in society.

The Saints in society are impressed by the qualities in Sanatan’s seekers (imbibed by performing appropriate sadhana (Spiritual practice) as taught by Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale.

Due to the noble goals of Sanatan Sanstha such as worldwide unity of Hindus and propagation of Dharma, as well as establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ for world peace, the mission of Sanatan Sanstha is appreciated by the Saints in society. All such Saints feel Sanatan Sanstha is their own, and they are getting associated with the mission of Sanatan.

From 1996 to 2005, I used to travel widely and visit various Saints. I humbly approached the Saints out of curiosity and asked questions to study various aspects of Spirituality. I treated them like my family. Therefore, I became very close to many Saints.

Now the seekers and Saints of Sanatan are also close to the Saints in society. This is because like the seekers and Saints of other sects, Sanatan’s seekers and Saints do not have ego, have a learning attitude and Prembhav, the way they treat the Saints, etc. Most of these Saints are associating with the mission of Sanatan and are helping Sanatan’s mission on their own. – Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale

1. Sanatan’s seekers won the heart of Maharaj due to their bhav toward satseva and sattvik conduct

H.H. Trimbakeshwar Chaitanya Maharaj and H.H. Gunprakashji Maharaj got acquainted with Sanatan Sanstha. Both of them were impressed by the bhav towards satseva, sattvik (Spiritually pure) conduct and thoughts of Sanatan’s seeker Ms Poonam Chaudhary and other seekers. They often remarked, ‘How great is their Guru and their Sanstha, which moulded such seekers’.

2. Trust of H.H. Gunaprakashji Maharaj on Sanatan’s seekers

H.H. Gunaprakashji Maharaj invites seekers of Sanatan to see the arrangements made during Magha Mela or some other big event being organised there. For the planning satseva of Ujjain Kumbha Mela, Ms Poonam Chaudhary had gone to Him in connection with a satseva. At that time, Maharaj gave the keys of His storeroom to Ms Chaudhary on observing her bhav toward satseva.

3. Saints in society getting associated with Sanatan Sanstha because of its mission

3A. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale and Sanatan’s mission is the true identity of seekers : I have travelled extensively across India and have met many people and Saints in the process. Saints in society accept Sanatan’s seekers because of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale and the mission taken up by Sanatan Sanstha. We realise this at every step of our travel.

3B. Upon seeing the mission of Sanatan Sanstha, Jagadguru Chandrashekhar Shivacharya of Lingayat Math expressed hope and blessed Sanatan Sanstha

This incident took place some-time in the Year 2000. Jagadguru Chandrashekhar Shivacharya of Lingayat Math in Varanasi visited Sanatan’s seeker Dr (Mrs) Sharadini Kore. After being briefed about Sanatan’s mission, He said, “Upon seeing your mission I am confident you are performing noble service. Take the guidance of your Guru and keep performing spiritual practice and work for the mission”. Thereafter, He has been blessing and supporting Sanatan’s mission from time to time.

3C. Saints getting associated because of the Chaitanya in Sanatan’s Spiritual texts

3C 1. Shri Mahamandaleshwar Shri Shri 1008 Mahant Gopaldas Maharaj, Jammu : Sanatan’s seekers met Maharaj and showed Him Sanatan’s Spiritual texts. Maharaj said, “I felt really good upon looking at Sanatan’s texts. I will fully cooperate with you. We have 3 Ashrams in Jammu. Do visit these Ashrams. You will be provided with all the facilities there”. (Daily Sanatan Prabhat, 19.1.2019)

3D. Saints getting impressed by the fearless articles on creating awakening on Dharma through Sanatan Prabhat and its Chaitanya

Sanatan’s thoughts on the Nation & Dharma are published in Daily Sanatan Prabhat. Saints, devout followers of Dharma and patriots are highly impressed by these thoughts. They believe that Daily Sanatan Prabhat is the mouthpiece of Sanatan Sanstha.

3D 1. H.H. Chandraprakash Khetan, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan : He praised Fortnightly Sanatan Prabhat and showed preparedness to make lodging arrangements for seekers in His Ashram. One Issue of Fortnightly Sanatan Prabhat was presented to Him during my first visit. Upon going through the Fortnightly, He said, “Today there is not a single Fortnightly that writes about Hindu Dharma in such bold and fearless language. I used to think how come there is no one who understands Hindu Dharma. However, your efforts have made me happy. This Fortnightly is important not only for the propagation of Dharma, but the subtle vibrations emitting from it are also very important. You are taking forward the mission of Yogi Arvind. From now on whenever you come to Jhunjhunu, come directly to our Ashram to stay. You need not abide by our Ashram rules. If you face any discomfort here, please let me know”. Then, He immediately agreed to donate for Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay.

3D 1A. Other help offered by H.H. Chandra-prakash Khetan

1. He offered Ayurvedic medicines to seekers.

2. He organised lodging in the Arvind Ashram at Delhi for the seekers coming for the ‘Uttar Bharat Hindu Rashtra Adhiveshan’ at Delhi.

3. He organises the boarding and lodging for the seekers who are going to Haridwar for the propagation of Spirituality.

4. He helped Sanatan Sanstha during the Kumbha Mela at Haridwar in 2021.

3E. Saints who agreed to help Sanatan upon seeing Sanatan’s Spiritual texts and exhibition of publicity boards about education on Dharma

3E 1. Mahant Vinodgiriji Maharaj, Haridwar : He was impressed with Sanatan Sanstha’s exhibition. He said to seekers, “We are ready to sacrifice body-mind-wealth anytime for the sake of the Nation & Dharma. You come to Haridwar. We want to open a Sanatan Sanstha Sevakendra there”. 3E 2. Mahant Gyandas Maharaj, Nashik, Maharashtra : He came to our exhibition stall. He said to Sanatan’s seekers, “I have not seen your Guru; however, convey my obeisance to Him. Truly, the mission you have undertaken should actually be undertaken by Shankaracharyas. All of you are dedicatedly serving in the mission despite paucity of funds. I bless your mission. At times of any need, irrespective of time, just contact me.”
