Accused of making derogatory statements against Congress leaders

Kalaburgi (Karnataka) – A case has been registered against Sri Siddhalinga Swamiji of Andol at Chincholi Police Station in Kalaburgi district of Karnataka. A complaint had been filed against Swamiji by Chincholi Group Congress Committee President Sharanu Patil on the charge of making inflammatory speeches spreading communal hatred and making derogatory statements against Congress leaders. Based on this complaint, the Police have registered a case against Swamiji.

On 15th April, it is alleged that Siddhalinga Swamiji of Andol made a speech spreading communal hatred during the Shriram Navami festival organised by the Shriramotsav Samiti in Ainolli village of Chincholi taluka.
