Religious fanatic father-in-law repeatedly raped daughter-in-law in Damoh (MP)

Damoh (MP) – A woman has accused her father-in-law Rashid Khan of raping her. A case has been registered against the father-in-law and he has been arrested. A case has also been registered against the husband who has absconded to avoid arrest.

The victim told reporters that she got married in 2020. Since then, Rashid Khan was ogling her. She tried to keep distance from him, but she could not defend herself for long. When her husband was not at home, Rashid used to rape her. He threatened to kill her if she reported it to anyone. When she told her husband about this act of father-in-law, he slapped her and supported his father’s action.
