Saharanpur (UP) – Ehsaan (Age 22) chanting ‘Jai Shriram’ in UP CM Yogi Adityanath’s meeting has not been socially accepted by Muslims. His relatives have also boycotted him. This meeting of Yogi Adityanath was held on 2nd December 2021. Union Home Minister Amit Shah was also present on the occasion. Ehsaan has been given Police protection due to threats.

Ehsaan said he does not regret chanting ‘Jai Shriram’, Shriram is our ancestor and we are his descendants.
Mufti (a scholar of Sharia law), Asad Kashim, of Deoband said that Islam does not permit such chanting. Ehsaan should meet Maulana and seek Allah’s forgiveness. Otherwise, Ehsaan will be expelled from Islam.
