What does Salman Khurshid say in this book ?
In the section ‘The Saffron Sky’, Khurshid says on Page 113 of the book, ‘Sanatan Dharma and classical Hinduism known to Sages and Saints were being pushed aside by a robust version of Hindutva, by all standards a political version similar to the Jihadist Islam of groups like ISIS and Boko Haram of recent years”. (Cunning Congressmen mislead Hindus by portraying Sages and Saints as separate from Hindutva ! – Editor)

After Khurshid’s book was heavily criticised, he said that Hindu Dharma is a religion of a very high standard. “If anyone insults Hindu Dharma, I too will speak against him. I said that those who do Hindutva politics are wrong and Islamic State is also wrong. The Ayodhya dispute had created a division in society. The Supreme Court has given a solution in this regard. It’s a decision that doesn’t feel like ‘we lost, you won’. At present, the celebration of Ayodhya seems to be a one-party festival”.
What else can we expect from a member of the party that coined the term ‘Saffron Terror’ ? : BJP
BJP leader Amit Malviya tweeted and criticised Salman Khurshid in this case. “What else can we expect from someone whose party coined the term ‘Saffron Terror’ just to draw parallels with Islamic Jihad so as to get Muslim votes ?”, asked Malviya.
