I saw the destruction with my eyes – PM Modi

While addressing the gathering, Prime Minister Modi said, I was the Chief Minister of Gujarat when the floods had hit this place in 2013. I could not stop myself; I came running here. I saw the destruction here with my own eyes.

I had suffered the pain. People visiting this place were doubtful about the reconstruction of Kedardham. But my voice within was telling me that the place will stand with more glory than before. You are witnessing the reconstruction of Shankaracharya’s Samadhi. This is an unfathomable scene of India’s spiritual prosperity and heritage.
