Sonipat (Haryana) – Wrestler Ravi Kumar Dahiya has returned to his hometown after winning a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics. He has great faith in Deity Shiva. Before leaving for Tokyo for the Olympics, Dahiya prayed to Deity Shiva, hoping to ‘win a medal in the Olympics’ and won one. After his return, he went to Haridwar with his family and anointed Mahadev with water and Rudrabhishek.

Ravikumar Dahiya’s family has deep faith in Deity Shiva and Deity Hanuman. While Dahiya went to the Olympics, his family had lit an uninterrupted flame for his victory. Dahiya’s brother Pankaj told that Ravi had prayed to Deity Shiva to ‘win a gold medal in the next Olympics’.
