India takes over UNSC Presidency for one month

New York (US) – India has taken over the Presidency of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) for one month. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesperson said that Pakistan hopes that India will abide by the relevant rules and norms governing the conduct of the Security Council Presidency. Since now India has taken over the Presidency, Pakistan will not be able to seek any discussion on the point of Jammu and Kashmir. (India has always opposed presenting the incorrect point on any of the platforms. How would Pakistan be able to present this point in UNSC under the Presidency of India ? – Editor)
