Ganja mafia throws petrol bombs at Police patrolling team, one officer injured

How will the Police protect people when they can’t even protect themselves ?

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) – Police officer Tino Joseph was injured when assailants, allegedly belonging to the ganja mafia, hurled petrol bombs at a patrolling team on 16th July at Nellikkunnu near Kuttichal in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram District. The injured officer was moved to a nearby hospital. The Police had received intelligence about the probable drug deal. Acting on the information received, they reached the spot. They were then attacked by the assailants. Some houses in the area were also reportedly damaged during the operation. More Police contingent reached the spot and a search is on to find the culprits who escaped in the forest.
