My fight is against the drug mafia in Allopathy –Yogarushi Ramdev Baba

Wishes to end the dispute with regards to Allopathy

Haridwar (Uttarakhand) – Yogarushi Ramdev Baba has posted a Tweet, ‘I am not against Allopathy and Doctors. There is not even question of going against Indian Medical Association, but our fight is against drug mafias in this field. They sell medicine of Rs. 2 for Rs. 2,000, surgeries and clinical tests are recommended even though not required. They are making business out of prescriptions. We wish to stop the dispute over Allopathy’.

Indian Medical Association had stood against Ramdev Baba as he had made statements with regards to Allopathy. Ramdev Baba had then posted 25 questions subject to treatment in Allopathy.

Ramdev Baba added, ’if there is surgery and life saving drugs available in Allopathy, then there is a permanent solution in Yoga and Ayurveda for 98% of diseases. The country will not tolerate the mentality of mocking and degrading Yoga – Ayurveda by calling it pseudo- science and alternative therapy.
