New Delhi – Delhi Police have arrested two would be hitmen for conspiring to murder Kashmiri leader Sushil Pandit. They were communicating with each other on the Signal app. The police recovered two pistols, two country-made guns and four live cartridges from the duo. The arrested Sukhwinder Singh and Lakhan are from Faridkot, Punjab.
