The video shows him walking down to the event place and asking ‘what is going on here’ loudly. People informed him that the foundation laying ceremony of a martyr’s memorial was planned. Mishra got angry and questioned why he, the local MLA, had not been invited. Mishra said that it is a mandate that, ‘during a foundation stone-laying ceremony in an assembly area, the name of the area’s representative should be there on the foundation stone. I would complain to the Chief Minister of the matter’ and left the spot.
