• A case should be registered against this bishop for his derogatory comments, and he should be jailed ! If churches have such kind of priests, one can only wonder what religious instruction the congregation receives ! Would the so-called secularists dare to condemn these derogatory statements ?
• Such comments arise purely out of their hatred for Modi and even deeper hatred for Hindus. Can we expect these priests to ever spread peace and love in the true sense ? Christians would benefit if Bishop Ezra concentrates on weeding out corruption and anomy in the churches rather than criticising Modi !

Chennai – DMK supporter and evangelist Bishop Ezra Sargunam has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is incapable of ruling the country since he did not live with his wife even for 5 days. He was addressing a hunger strike led by Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief MK Stalin.

Bishop Ezra added, Modi is not going to change his mind any way. He has come to loot the country and is doing his job correctly. His duty is to support the four rich men. He does not care about the poor. He will keep saying, ‘ I was born poor, I sold tea.’ But in reality he is doing exactly the opposite. I do not fear him since he has no conscience. If he would have had lived with his wife at least for 5 days he would have came to know the difficulties in everyday life. We would be facing difficulties until Modi is removed. Let us pray to destroy him.

Bishop Ezra is no stranger to controversy. In 2019 he had claimed that ‘there was no religion called Hinduism’. He had incited Christians to ‘punch Hindus on the face, let them bleed and then make them understand the truth of Christianity.’
