Three religious fanatic youth arrested from ‘Roza Sharif’ Dargah of Punjab

Suspicion of connection with terrorists

The Government takes the temples under its control merely for the reason of improper management of temple; but why it does not take control of many madrasas, mosques and dargahas from where anti-social activities are being run? Instead, they also get Government grants !

Fatehgarh (Punjab) – Three fanatic youth have been arrested from ‘Roza Sharif’ Dargah located in Fatehgarh, the main religious place of North India. The names of these youth are Sohail Khan, Imran Khan and Kamran Khan. They are brothers. Suspicions are being expressed that they have link with terrorists.

According to the information received from the Police, the accused have been living here since 6 days. The crime of kidnapping and demanding ransom are recorded at various places in Uttar Pradesh against them. They are being interrogated. It is being told that they buy arms from Jammu and Kashmir with the money they get from ransom. They are also associated with some people with criminal background in Jammu and Kashmir. In this case, the Punjab and Uttar Pradesh Police are jointly interrogating.

Roza Sharif’s chief also questioned

In this regard, Shahjahanpur Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Dilip Kumar told, “after committing the social malicious act, the accused used to take shelter in Roza Sharif’. When the Police questioned ‘Roza Sharif’s Khalifa Syed Mohammad Sadiq Raza Mujaddi, Mujaddi said, “these three came here on 9th August; but there is no information about their criminal background. They have not met anyone here. Police have confiscated the details of Sharif’s ‘guest house’ and the CCTV camera footage.
