An appeal for the Act ‘Places of Worship’
Dr. Swamy fighting legally for the judicial rights of Hindus would be an ideal for Hindus !
New Delhi – BJP leader and MP Dr. Subramanian Swamy filed a plea in the court with regards to the dispute about Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Shrikrushna Temple in Mathura. He has filed this plea challenging the Act ‘Places of Worship 1991’ and stated in the plea that this Act violates the fundamental rights. Earlier an organisation of Hindu Priests had also challenged this Act through a petition. As a response, ‘Peace Party’ had also filed a petition demanding to be a litigant in this case.
