Amritsar (Punjab) – The Punjab Police has arrested two Khalistani terrorists, Gurmeet Singh and Vikram Singh who were armed with foreign-weapons. They were planning to carry out targeted killings in the State. They had been in regular contact with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI, along with Pakistan-sponsored anti-India elements. Gurmeet had gone to Pakistan 3 years ago. The Police are investigating them further.
