Tik-Tok is not the centre of entertainment, but of lethal and hateful perversion. Why doesn’t the Government put ban on it ?


New Delhi – #BanTikTok hashtag was at the top in Twitter’s national trend on 18th May. So called Tik-Tok star Faizal Siddiqui has shared a video on it. According to the video, an attempt has been made to encourage acid attack on women. This trend began after people opposed him. Along with demanding a ban on Tik-Tok, there was appeal to uninstall it from mobile phones.

BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga sent this video of Faizal Siddiqui to Chairperson of National Commission for Women, Rekha Sharma. After that Rekha Sharma sent it to Tik-Tok India and the Police. Soon after, this video was removed from Tik-Tok. This video shows a scene of throwing water on a young woman which is depicted to be an acid, not water. The next scene shows the burnt face of the young woman.
