When signing any document in the year 2020, write the complete year !

When signing documents, many people tend to write the last 2 digits of the year, meaning, instead of 2019 they write just ‘19.

In the year 2020, it is advisable to not write just the last 2 digits of the year (For example – 31.10.20). If one writes the year like this, fraudsters can easily add 00, 01, 02, 09, etc. making it look like 31.10.2000 or 31.10.2009, etc. Hence, ensure that you write the complete year – 31.10.2020 instead of 31.10.20.
