How should the rulers be ?

To see God, we do not need spectacles nor a hearing-aid to listen to Him. A sattvik (Spiritually pure) subconcious mind is required for this. A ruler who loves his subjects will be similar. He will not need spectacles to see the unhappiness of his subjects nor a hearing aid to listen to their problems !
