Iran has now acquired a weapon more effective than a nuclear bomb

Information from US intelligence report

Washington DC (USA) – Against the backdrop of negotiations between the United States and Iran, US intelligence agencies have released a report. A formal ceasefire agreement between the two countries is scheduled to be signed on 19 June, after which discussions on Iran’s nuclear programme are expected to begin. However, according to the intelligence report, Iran has emerged from the war stronger than before.

During the conflict, Iran had disrupted the global economy by closing the Strait of Hormuz. Going forward, Iran may be able to halt maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz whenever it chooses. According to the report, the war has given Iran a new and powerful capability to inflict damage on the global economy through this route. US officials believe that Iran has acquired a weapon that is more effective than a nuclear bomb.
