11th Meeting of NITI Ayog

New Delhi – Despite global uncertainty and instability, India continues to move forward on a confident and stable growth path, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said while addressing the 11th Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog in his capacity as its Chairman.
Prime Minister Modi further said that the Centre and the states need to work together to realise the dream of a ‘Vikasit Bharat’ (Developed India). India has signed free trade agreements with many countries, which are providing opportunities to micro, small and medium enterprises in the global market. On this occasion, the Prime Minister also emphasised the need for quality education, skill development and employment generation, stating that the empowerment of youth and women is a key pillar of a developed India.
