Players escape unharmed

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) – A bus carrying players of the IPL team Gujarat Titans, the runners up in recently concluded IPL cricket tournament, caught fire. The incident occurred on the night of 31 May. The players narrowly escaped injury. After the IPL final concluded at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, the Gujarat Titans players were travelling by bus to their designated hotel. Due to an electrical fault in the bus, a sudden short circuit occurred, and thick smoke quickly spread inside the vehicle. As soon as the smoke was noticed, the driver immediately stopped the bus by the roadside and safely evacuated all the players. Another bus was then arranged without delay, and the players were transported to their hotel.
