Their vehicles were also vandalized
(ED stands for Enforcement Directorate.)

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) – The Enforcement Directorate conducted raids at 10 locations, including the residence of former Kerala Chief Minister and current Opposition leader Pinarayi Vijayan. These raids were carried out in connection with the financial irregularities case involving crores of rupees linked to his daughter’s company, ‘Exalogic Solutions’. Earlier, the Kerala High Court had dismissed a petition seeking to stop the investigation in this case. A case had been registered in this matter in the year 2024. After the raid, when the officials were leaving Vijayan’s residence, supporters of Vijayan attacked and assaulted them.
After the police seated the officials inside the vehicle, the supporters chased the vehicle and vandalized it with stones and bricks. All the windows of the vehicle were shattered. Fortunately, none of the officials were injured; however, one police constable sustained injuries. Vijayan did not issue any reaction regarding the attack. (This naturally gives rise to the impression that either he wanted such an attack to occur or that he himself had instructed his supporters to attack ! – Editor)
“Rahul Gandhi will derive great satisfaction from this!”- Pinarayi Vijayan
Reacting to the raids, Pinarayi Vijayan said that the ED had been trying to raid his residence since a long time. “I think this raid will give great satisfaction to some people, especially a person like Rahul Gandhi. The Congress party’s position is that ED intervention against all parties except their own should continue.”
