Case filed in Raebareli Court against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi

Matter related to calling PM Modi and Home Minister Shah “traitors”

Raebareli (UP) – A case has been filed in the Raebareli Civil Court against Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, for making objectionable remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

During his visit to Raebareli on 19 and 20 May, Rahul Gandhi had referred to them as “traitors”. The complaint in this matter has been filed by complainant Shakeel Ahmad. The next hearing in the case will take place on 15 June.
