A Maoists’ arms-manufacturing factory destroyed in Gadchiroli!

Gadchiroli – The Gadchiroli Police destroyed an arms-manufacturing factory secretly hidden by Maoists in a forest area here. This special search operation was carried out based on confidential information received from surrendered Maoists. A large quantity of Maoist literature was seized and destroyed at the spot. The Maoists had buried various types of weapons and explosive materials underground in forest areas to carry out attacks on security forces. Investigations have revealed that there was a conspiracy to use these materials during Naxal Week, elections, and other sensitive periods.

This incident shows that Maoism, or Naxalism, has still not been completely eradicated from the country.
