Government teacher Mashkoor Ahmad arrested in Jammu and Kashmir

Accused of assisting JeM terrorists

Srinagar (J&K) – The Police in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, recently arrested a government teacher named Mashkoor Ahmad alias Mashkoor Master. The Police stated that Mashkoor Ahmad had provided shelter and other facilities to terrorists belonging to the terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). During the investigation, it came to light that a photograph of Saifullah Balochi, a commander of JeM, had been taken inside the accused’s house. In this photograph, the terrorist is seen wearing a garland of currency notes around his neck.

On 22nd February, during ‘Operation Trashi-II’ conducted at Chatroo, Saifullah Balochi was killed along with his 2 Pakistani associates. Thereafter, during the investigation carried out regarding him, it was revealed that his links were connected to Mashkoor Ahmad. Subsequently, after interrogation, Mashkoor Ahmad was arrested. The Police are conducting further investigation in this matter.

The number of people assisting terrorists in Kashmir is significant. Considering this, such people should now be declared traitors and awarded capital punishment. Only then will no one dare to commit such acts!
